This machine is mainly used for the deep hole processing of the conductive materials of stainless steel, hardened steel, carbide, copper and aluminum. Such as the threading hole of EDM cutting workpiece, fiber spinneret, spinning holes of spinning plate, group holes of filter board and sieve plate, heat emission hole of motor blades and cylinder body, oil and gas channel hole of hydraulic and pneumatic valve. Worktable¡¯s X, Y axes are equipped with digital device. Use pure water or tap water as the working fluid. It can directly penetrate from the inclined plane and carved plane. The maximum depth ratio could be 200:1 or more.
This machine can also be used to remove aiguilles and screw tap of workpiece and avoid damaging the original hole or threads.
